Lighting/Particles still need a lot of work, textures are kind of meh, if you don't have like at least 24gb of ram, a gpu with 4gb+ of vram and an i7 4 core or amd equivalent stay away from it. My FPS are insane compared to everyone else=/ top 98, low 62 average 74. I don't have issues just because my pc specs, but lighting/textures/particles even after patch have a long way to go, and I got stuck on a ledge and had to exit the game.
